[sdiy] Juno 106 stuck notes

Thanks buddies !

Yes, I think the A33 sends CC0 and CC32 with every message.

I planned placing a midi filter between the A33 and 106 so only Program Changes are sent to it, but haven't managed to get any yet.

I'll record the midi messages and A33 sends and send it here.
