[sdiy] Juno 106 stuck notes

I'd put a MIDI monitor on it and see exactly what is happening.  You 
can use your PC with MIDI with a suitable program.  My son has an A33 
and I had a monitor on it when I was helping him with his stuff.  I 
remember it does send MIDI F8 and FE, clocks and Active Sensing. 
Perhaps your 106 is getting overwhelmed with data.

I built him a version of my MIDI processor to filter out F8, FE, and 
change the Expression Controller message to a Volume message.
