I've not had any problems with Flash endurance in my dsPIC development.
I think that the minimum spec on the 33F series parts is 1000 cycles,
but I've got some parts that are pushing that (used for multiple
projects) and haven't run into difficulty yet. Considering that you can
get these MCUs in small qty for < $5 I'm not too worried about it.
