Not really. I've used wikipedia as refreshment course on newtons method / 
secant method / runge-kutta solver. Anything more advanced usually deals 
with variable timestep and that's not well suited to DSP where you have 
constant samplerate.

Any decent maths reference should have enough info on the basic methods to 
get you started.
