Hi all...
I'm designing a (ARP) "Little Brother" clone for modular use.
I'm planning to make just the waveshaping section. The user would provide
the sawtooth VCO input. The controls would be the four octave switches,
four waveform selects, and a PWM input (the original had a simple AD
generator on-board used for the "fuzz" sound. I think its more flexible
to allow an external input here.
So I'm missing the "tuning" pot, the LFO (sine wave with attack delay),
and the pitch bender. No gate or trigger inputs are needed, and it does not
"mix" an external audio signal.
Anyone think I'm missing some vital feature ? I'm looking at
frac-rac so space is a real premium.
Would you rather see PCB mounted switches, or leave that to the individual ?
Lever toggles would get real expensive but have the best original feel...
