[sdiy] OB-Mx source code now available

Thanks Aaron, I've updated the sounddoctorin.com/synthtec/synth.htm 
pages.  This makes it worth adding an OB-Mx page.  Wow they just used a 
ton of vca's in those things didn't they?  Lots of SSM2024 quads and a 
few higher quality CEM3381/82's. -Bob
