Yup as well as like mentioned later mini's, but also the Polymoog had 
two of them, and as you see scanning through my pages on 
sounddoctorin.com  OR by just using this table

you can find what most any production synth used.  I should not on the 
mini that earlier ones used discrete vco parts of course.  You'll find 
that some Kawai, Korg and Roland units made use of these as well.  -Bob
