Hi Tony,
Yes, I've dealt with CoolAudio before. They would usually get back to
me within a day EXCEPT one time during a national holiday in China.
Then it took a week. Otherwise, the communication was pretty good both
when I bought a handful of samples, and again when I ordered a few
thousand 2164s ;) When I ordered those parts, they told me the minimum
for through hole parts would be higher (originally 1,000 but changed
to 5,000 for a through-hole run, then we bargained down to 2,000). So
if you're looking for through-hole stuff, there may be a different
minimum, but they still should be in communication with you.
