Hello Tony,

Have you tried calling them? Josh of Toppobrillo has gotten items from  
them in the past so I assume contact can be made. I think he got  
through using email. Small Bear Electronics carries some of the Cool  
Audio line as does Magic Smoke. Maybe one them can give you pointers  
on how to get through. Best of luck.
