[sdiy] help getting VCO levels down to MN32XX BBD size

all the opamps are beng driven by the same bias as the BBD.


what didnt make sense about the schematic? 

there are three two trimmers and a regulator. i have never worked with ANYTHING in my life that is so finicky about BIAS.
