[sdiy] low current opamps

I've used TL06x for stomp box designs with a 9V battery, and they
were fine for that. I didn't use any DC-DC convertor, instead just
running them in a single supply configuration with everything that
would ordinarily be "ground" connected to a virtual ground (or
grounds) set up mid way between the supply rails (4.5V).

I also used the LF444, which drops the current consumption even
further IIRC, but costs more money. I was very concerned about
getting the most battery life out of my pedals.

In short, TL06x are a good option.

T.
