You can get the Gerber files from ExpressPCB and then you can have the
boards made anywhere.  They charge for that service as they are
knowingly flushing future revenue down the toilet, so it is not free.
However, I think I paid $60 to have everything converted to standard
files and was off to the races on a commercial product.  I just don't
think that service is advertised anywhere on their website.  An email
ought to do the trick.  The commercial quantities of the boards came
out fine.  (I emailed them before I did the board and specifically
asked about this service.  They told me the conditions up-front.  They
made good on their promise and I paid what was agreed.  I have no
connection to ExpressPCB other than as a customer.)
