Yes, but none of those will properly crop and rotate the scans. I'm
afraid I can't help you on that.

However, making the actual pdf files is easy if you just want one pdf
file per jpg. Just get adobe reader and use its pdf printer feature -
in any app, you can go to the print dialogue and select the adobe pdf
printer as the output device.
