OT: That's why the battery pack on the Tesla is temperature regulated
(heated and / or cooled by an active system). It makes a HUGE
difference in pack performance and longevity. The Tesla Roadster has
been tested in Norway in the middle of winter, and Death Valley in the
middle of summer, and it's still going ;)
