Yes - I should have clarified that the HF11X series is RoHs compliant - but like I said, here in the UK, Rapid and Farnell both stopped stocking them about 6+ months ago.

The VTLC series is not RoHS compliant...

...but - I was wrong - apparently you *can* still get them at Rapid:

I also seem to remember Banzai stocking them at one point.
