[sdiy] bergfotron VC delay??/4046 pll clock?

i have been looking into this:

anyone built it?

it seems to have a cd4046 as something to do with the clock but
oddly there is no schematic for his final circuit. just a pcb and parts placement. which is too bad as this uses the very common MN32XX series of chips and is made to work with SYNTH LEVELS..a rarity with BBD schematics
