Ian, I can't imagine that you have anything this simple in mind, but I have
found (in my simulation) that if I put a adjust the small caps in my
full-wave rectifier circuit to the correct value (~22pF), I can force the
glitch to extend only upward from the 5V apex of my rectified triangle.
Then, I can slice it off with a 5.1V zener on the output. This works pretty
well, but Antti's technique seems to give a slightly cleaner triangle apex.
