You know its a shame that these generate the linear sum and differences, it
would be so much cooler if there was a way to get an exponential sum and
difference so that the resulting frequencies would have a chance of being
semitones....

i had forgotten about your lfo post
i had thought about the 40106 vco but in my tests i never got it to give a
saw
of course this begs the question..what IS the best waveform choice for ring
mod/sideband modulation stuff?
i have found that square and tri dont work too wel
