[sdiy] simple saw or sine osc?

hey there

I need a one chip (maybe a tl072 or tl074 or 324) Sawtooth oscillator for a project I am building where
I need a panel controllable Oscillator that can go into high enough frequencies to do nice FM/ring mod kind of stuff.

It doesn't need to be voltage controllable although I wouldn't mind if it was.

I think it needs to either be SINE or SAW because all the experiments I did with a TRI or SQR just arent getting me the right kind of
"ring modulated/sidebands" sound I am after.  (which is too bad as I couldnt just a 40106
