[sdiy] USB to MIDI example projects?

OK, to be more specific, if it needs to be connected to the computer 
anyways, then it could be an Arduino-to-MIDI bridge rather than actual 
USB MIDI and perhaps save one a lot of work implementing that. If the OP 
wants to use that specific protocol then you're right, it's not an 
appropriate solution. Sorry for any confusion.
