[sdiy] Variations of Temperature Compensated Exponential Converters

Hello List,

I added some new schematics of temperature compensated exponential
converter variations.  (Yesterday I posted almost the same contents, 
but I've not received from the list.)

Basic idea is the same as that for SSM2164.
The schematic with LM3086 may be easier to try though the number of
components are larger.

They are tested only on simulator.  Do not expect too much please.
