I've bought a number of supplies from those guys, mostly because they're
about 10 minutes away and I can run over at a moment's notice. I have
two of the 5A version of that triple output supply and they work pretty
well. The knobs are 10-turn with precise adjustment, the displays are
large and easy to read and the operation is pretty intuitive.

Just one thing I don't like about these supplies - when you first turn
them on they default to parallel operation. I'm not sure if that's just
the 5A version, or something odd about the ones I have. Since parallel
is not usually what I want, I have to punch the mode select right away.
I called CSI about this, but nobody there knows much about these
supplies - they buy them made-to-order from China. I'd have preferred a
persistent setting or toggle switch.

Otherwise, they're nice and a good value.

Eric
