[sdiy] in need of a good bench supply (+/- 0-18 volts and 5)

I need a solid bench power supply that is NOT connected to my modular, and has a nice case (unlike my home-made stuff) and doesnt suffer from ripple,etc.
 
so I am going to be buying a bench supply. but wow, they are expensive.


my budget for a new or used bench supply is at most, 200 bucks.
 
I am a bit confused as to whether or not a +/- 0-18 or 20 volt output is considered ONE output or Two.
 
obviously the 5v output is another out.
 
so am i looking for a 2 output or a three?
 
any brands or types to stay away from?

but from the datasheet (unless i read it wrong) it seems to have 2 +/- outputs and a 5volt out, which is actually more than I need.
 
but it IS under 200.
