I think the more important aspect between cold/hot is related to how
blood circulation works in your ear. By my experience it outweights
external aspects of air itself. But then again, it's fun to consider
that in a small night club, as people heat the club up with body heat
and make it damp with sweat, all because of the driving bass, they
actually receive more bass that makes them even crazier.
