[sdiy] Supplier of 16mm "ALPHA" pots with D shaft?

Hello,

Can someone remind me who the supplier is for the standard ALPHA Tiwan pot but with D shaft, and not splined?

And...

Whilst on the subject of Alphas, i know Mouser has just started carrying the reverse log values, but does anywhere do things like 
switched units too?  Im sure ive seen them about, but cant remember for certain.
