I use Advanced Circuits (http://www.4pcb.com/) for quick-turn PCBs. Just be
sure you have your files right because what they see is what you get!
If you're not concerned about having soldermask, go with their barebones

Guaranteed 1-day turnaround, you specify the shipping. No waiting for a
response either - just enter the board dimensions to calculate cost and
