I've been really happy with pcbcart so far, as I've mentioned before.
I picked them based on the fact that they'd take Eagle files straight
up, and incidentally they've turned out to be pretty good.

I've come to accept doing revisions as a fact of life.
With pcbcart, you can change the silkscreen of an old order at no
additional tooling cost as long as the holes/pads/traces/etc. stay the
same.
