[sdiy] JFETs (arrggh!)

I spent this entire evening messing around with my new, experimental
2164-based-expo-converter VCO, trying to get it to generate 0 to 5V ramps
from the integrator, only to discover a very important fact:

If you want a decent saw-core oscillator, you must use a high-quality JFET
to reset the integrator.

Can anybody here point me to a good source of information on selecting JFETs
for this application?
