I worked Government contracts for a few years. Every time the contractor 
realy didn't want to do something, they would place almost identical 
language that would allow them to do what they wanted in at least three 
different places. I guess they hoped we wouldn't catch all the language and 
they could get away with it. Part of my job was to read the contracts and 
request they delete the clauses, to make sure the contract met the needs of 
the government. I hate 500 page contracts.
