[sdiy] DMM Reccommendation

Hi Tony,

I have this meter:

It was a step up from the Rat Shack VOM I had previously, but it only  
has a 3.5 digit display, and <1MΩ internal resistance. I've had an  
opportunity to work with some Fluke Meters with the class I'm taking  
right now, and I've repeatedly put my meter up against those meters,  
and mine is repeatedly less accurate. Would it matter long term? I  
don't know, but I really hate using low quality tools. When I bought  
that meter, I didn't know any better. I thought a meter was a meter.  
Now that I've learned just a little bit, it's going to cost me a  
lot... ;-)
