[sdiy] DMM Reccommendation

I've got the Extech MM570 and love it. You can also get one that is
traceable to NIST standards, too.

FREQUENCY, AC LINE LEVEL:

0.03% basic DCV accuracy
50,000 count display with 500,000 counts for DCV and Hz

Measure volts, true RMS, frequency, resistance, capacitance, temperature
with optional thermocouple, semiconductors, etc.
