[sdiy] One more part gone (SSM2210/SSM2220)

It might be possible to convince the good folks at Coolaudio to clone these
obsolete SSM parts, as they've done with the '2164.
I'm still trying to figure out why it is so damned hard to buy stuff in this
field! Pots, semiconductors, connectors... why do we have to work so hard
to find this stuff?
