After poking around a bit:

a) ADI sent out obsolete notices to major OEMs and distributors on Sept. 
23rd
b) SSM2210P and PZ are toast. No pin-for-pin substitutes unless Linear 
Systems has something.
c) MAT-02EH/EHZ is toast. The LM394H is closest part, but *that* is toast

For *new* designs:
- Use something from Linear Systems or THAT Corp in SMT

For *existing* designs:
- hope you have enough in the closet (I have 100s left)
