[sdiy] Roland MKS-20 or RD-1000 schematic needed

Hello,
I have a problem on a Roland MKS20 (rack version of the RD1000), the
output stage of the wavetable card is dead (sound is ok at DAC output). 

Furthermore the backlight of the display is dead. The original backlight
has a voltage of about 60V. Recent models feed into 5V. So I did not
need of the voltage lift on CPU board (it makes noise). It would be
great if someone could send me the service manual.
