I am very confused
I am about to start ordering different knobs to try and figure out which ones I like.
However, there are so many SHAFT styles.
t18/t36/d/de/180d/
t36/t40/3.0/6.0/6.4/0d
I usually just order set screw knobs OR something around 6.0/6.4mm
but look at all these styles i have encountered today (from mouser/digikey/smallbear/etc)
All i want to know is if they will work with regular alpha 16mm pots. I can go with smooth shaft or knurled or D-shaft depending on what will work.
Are some of these specifically for Knurled?
or do the T styles mean something else?
(i thought maybe T stood for how many TEETH)
and what about the 0d and 180d?? are these just special d shaft?
any help appreciated!!!
thanks
