My Teezer VCO has a sync that is continuously variable from hard to 
soft.  It uses a method similar to that explained very clearly by Scott 
Stites on his website.  The Saw core is discharged whenever the Master 
signal crosses a small reference voltage and at the same is within a phase 
window obtained from the Tri wave via a comparator with a variable threshold.
