[sdiy] Buchla 280 schematics?

Hi list,
	Does anyone know if the Buchla 280 Envelope Generator used LM3900s?
After extensive searching I can't find any schematics for this module freely
available on the web, nor even a website _selling_ copies of schemos/manuals
etc. with it listed, and the 281 and 284 clearly don't use these devices.
Anybody any ideas?
