[sdiy] The price of copper (you couldnt make this up!)

We had a guy here who was trying to steal phone lines and fell from the
pole. That's how they caught him. I don't think he died, but was very
bruised and broken. Moron....

For those people with at least half a brain (doubtful in most criminals), at
least the phone lines are relatively low voltage/power.
