[sdiy] MIDI2CV project 0.1uf bypass caps near any opamps or not that much..?

I'm building a Polyphonic 6 voices MIDI2CV module that works around a PIC16F877
doing all the logic signals to manage 12 X SPI DAC's (12bits resolution).
All these DAC's are driving a lot of LF412 opamps all around the PCB
for CV gain and offset reasons.

No S/H opamps here! The DAC's hold the CV values everywhere.

Between 30-35 opamps will be used everywhere.
Since LF412's are dual opamps we are talking around 15-16 DIP IC's.

I have 2 separate supply lines going into the module
Analog +/-15vdc, analog GND (4 pins)
Digital +5vdc, digital GND (2 pins)
(6 pins power supply connector)

My question is:
Would it be better to put a pair of 0.1uf bypass caps (+/-15v pins)
near each opamps for noise issues or is it too much and
some 0.1uf pairs at any 5 opamps DIP would do the job enough...?
Remember, analog & digital GND's are separated.
Any ideas?
Thanks
JP
