Well,

I must say sorry to Mark. I have been given a nice switcher with
+/-12VDC going, GND and 5VDC known with some "power good" signal
riding around 6VDC before getting feedback from 5VDC and getting that
rail up too.

It was good to see that datasheet prevented Mr. Dixon to any design
errors with 2164.
