[sdiy] Encoder for Juno 2 and Ensoniq ASR-X

I replaced one of these about 5 years ago. I used a part suggested by 
somebody on the ASR forum, and it worked. Right now they are suggesting 
this part:

It looks very similar to the part I used, certainly worth a try, as the 
machine is very cool.
