[sdiy] Maxi-Korg tuning instructions? Knobs anyone?

I'm missing two of the crazy D shaped slider caps (the cap..not the 
shaft :-) ) from the travellers.  I made one of the missing switch 
caps.  Otherwise this thing is in really great shape now.  Someone had 
crushed the back in badly and I did the body work and replaced broken 
keys and it works..sort of.

I'm having  a problem where about the lower octave on one side is not 
tuning intermittently... but I can't find a mechanical shock 
correlation..  When it does that it ignores the panel tuning also.  
Anyway I just ran off diagrams and I'm down to chase it out hopefully 
but if anyone knows the tuning procedures I'd love to list that on my 
website and have it here. Diagrams are easy enough to find around but I 
don't see anyone that has the actual service manual and of course the 
cards are quite different to the 700(s) -Bob
