[sdiy] DIY PCB Schematic Capture and PCB layout package for FREE

I don't know about the Mac but for Windows there is TinyCAD and FreePcb
which are free. For Linux there is pcb and something for schematic capture.
No matter what you do you'll probably have to create a lot of library stuff.
