I'm with George. I use light gauge stranded wire and weave the bundles to
the panel together loosely. This keeps thing somewhat neat without risking
the cross-talk you can get from ribbon cable or tightly twisted bundles.
It's a good idea to keep the physics in mind here. Resistance is
proportional to length divided by area, so for short runs fine wire is OK.
