[sdiy] On the blowing up of capacitors

Someone recently posted a link to a video of a fellow blowing up  
capacitors. I posted that in my blog, which inspired an acquaintance  
to write their own story about blowing up capacitors:

It's only on topic in the sense that, well, there are capacitors and
