Nit picking: actually the curve is exponential.  The
charge-a-cap-through-a-resistor waveform is a 1 - exp(-t) shape.  It
may look somewhat logarithmic from a distance, but it's asymptotically
approaching the value with an exponential decay.

But nonetheless, the nomenclature in the drawing is bogus.
