[sdiy] tiny pcbs?

You need to allow, typically 1 or 2mm between each pcb for V-Grooving, check
with your pcb manufacturer on the smallest V-Groove hey do. When you snap
the boards apart you will have around 0.5mm of extra material on the width
i.e. less than 1mm increase on the panel size in each dimension. You should
always ensure that your tracks are at least 1mm from the edge of the pcb to
ensure that the `ripping' process doesn't encroach in to your circuit area.
