Normally you shouldn't care about the v-score, as there is no standard
v-score size, just what size board you want. The board house knows how
to factor in the fr-4 loss due to the bit.
Talking to your vendor up front is important. Good board houses run a
standard panel size and will know exactly how many boards you can get
in an panel. They will do whatever you ask, but if you're requesting
something unusual that lowers yield or that they have to buy/change a
tool mid run to accommodate, you're going to pay for that.
