Sorry if this was mentioned before:

a) design the pc board on CAD
b) go to www.pcbcart.com
c) select 'Panel' in the data entry screen
d) decide on how many tint board per panel. 10 is a good number, I usually 
use 6
e) Order the number of panels you need, email the ZIPped Gerbers
f) Pay with PayPal
g) wait about 11 days
h) when panels arrive, they will be scored. Use pliers to 'snap apart' the 
boards
i) profit
