Hi,
well the Sh 2000 does use a divider ic ( like those that are used in
electronics organs ) to divide down the vco to produce lower
frequencies. it is a preset synth so you might be able to change some of
the presets to different sounds.
it does have a transistor / diode ladder filter with resonance and
filter frequency.
no sign of a tog ic or wavetables.
